One of the aspects of working in the mental health sector is the fact that this cinderella service often ends up with the lower end of the hospitality market, usually due to funding constraints. Therefore I was delighted to deliver this training in such a high class establishment and this was not lost on may of the delegates who consequently felt valued and appreciated.
